TekSevi ("we", "us", or "our") built Ship Sink Bay: Naval Battles as a Free-to-Play mobile application with optional in-app purchases and advertisements. This service is provided by TekSevi and is intended for use as is.

This document explains our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal and device information when you use our game, as well as the choices and rights you have concerning that information.

1. Information We Collect and Store

A. Local Game Progression & Preferences (On Your Device)

To provide core gameplay functionality, the game stores certain data locally on your device (using standard device storage):

B. Automated Diagnostics & Performance Telemetry

When you play our game, we automatically collect aggregated, non-personally identifiable diagnostic data to maintain stability and prevent crashes. This includes:

2. Third-Party Services & Integrations

Our game integrates industry-standard third-party SDKs to provide analytics, crash reporting, advertising, and in-app purchases. These third parties may process device identifiers in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

Handles secure transactions for In-App Purchases (IAP). We do not collect, process, or store your credit card, bank account, or payment details.

4. In-App Purchases (Virtual Goods)

Ship Sink Bay: Naval Battles offers optional in-app purchases (e.g., Gold Doubloons packs, Ruby chests, Starter Bundles, VIP Ad-Free Pass). All transactions are processed directly by Apple Inc. (iOS) or Google LLC (Android). Virtual currencies and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for legal tender.

5. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. Our application does not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 where applicable by European law).

If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has provided personal information without consent, please contact us at support@teksevi.com, and we will promptly delete any relevant diagnostic records.

6. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA / CPRA)

Depending on your region, you may have statutory rights under data protection laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

We value your trust. Your game state is stored securely on your local device sandbox. Any telemetry transmitted to Google Firebase or Google AdMob utilizes industry-standard HTTPS encryption with TLS 1.3 protocols.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time as we add new game features or as required by changing laws. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and within the game's settings menu.
