Agent Cleaner

1. 100% Local Processing & Core Privacy

Agent Cleaner is designed to operate as a local device utility.

• cloud_offZero Cloud Storage: We do NOT upload, transmit, or store your scanned photos, videos, contacts, emails, or personal files to any external servers.
• memoryLocal Optimization: All scanning, file caching, video compression, and file recovery tasks are executed strictly on your physical device. We have no access to the files you scan, clean, or recover.

2. Permissions We Request

To perform its core functions, the Application requests the following system permissions. We only access these features with your explicit consent:

• folderStorage / Photos & Videos: Used strictly to scan, optimize, compress, and recover photos, videos, and local junk cache.
• contactsContacts: Used strictly to identify, clean, and merge duplicate contact entries on your device.
• fingerprintBiometrics: Used strictly to secure and lock your local private photo/video vault.

3. Third-Party Services & Telemetry

While your files remain local, the Application utilizes trusted third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) that collect non-identifiable device telemetry to help us analyze app stability, deliver messages, and monetize the Application.

• ads_clickA. Google AdMob (Advertising): We display ads to keep the Application free. Google AdMob may collect and process device advertising identifiers and general location data. AdMob complies with the IAB TCF v2.2 and Google Consent Mode v2. EEA/GDPR users are prompted with a Google UMP dialog to manage tracking.
• analyticsB. Firebase by Google: We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect stack traces for bug fixing, Firebase Analytics to track anonymous usage patterns, and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send transactional push alerts.
• paymentsC. RevenueCat: Used to process and validate in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat collects non-sensitive transactional tokens, billing states, and anonymous identifiers.

4. GDPR & EEA User Rights

If you reside within the European Economic Area (EEA), you have specific rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• tuneRight to Opt-Out:You can reset or update your advertising consent preferences at any time by going to the Settings menu inside the Application and selecting "Manage Ad Privacy".
• delete_foreverRight to Erasure:You can wipe all local application cache and securely delete local secure vault credentials at any time by selecting "Wipe App Cache" in the Settings panel. For full details on data deletion, see Section 6.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

6. Data Deletion Policy for Agent Cleaner

Agent Cleaner processes your scanned files, contacts, and photos strictly on your device and does not collect or upload them to any servers.

For third-party telemetry data (such as diagnostics and advertising identifiers collected by Firebase or AdMob), users can delete and reset this data by:

• deleteOpening the Agent Cleanerapp, navigating to Settings, and tapping "Wipe App Cache" to delete all local data, secure tokens, and configurations.
• phonelink_eraseResetting their Google Advertising ID (GAID) or Apple IDFA in their device settings.
• mailSubmitting a telemetry deletion request by contacting us with your anonymous diagnostic ID.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
